If you’re looking for a good breakfast restaurant in Whistler you got to try Elements! About four years ago my wife and I was in Whistler on a weekend mini vacation. She was pregnant at the time and one morning she was craving sweets for breakfast.
Not just any kind of sweets but good quality sweets for breakfast. I had no idea were to take her so I asked a few locals and the name elements came up. So, we gave it a try. It was the best experience! The service was excellent and the food was fresh and very tasty.
Elements is an open kitchen concept restaurant which was comforting as customers can see what the chefs are cooking. My wife order the “Caramelized banana and chocolate stuffed french toast”. A thick sliced french bread stuffed with their caramel banana & chocolate chip butter, with real Canadian maple syrup for $14. It was mouthwatering and let’s just say that my wife was very happy we eat here! Myself, I ordered the “Haida Gwaii”, BC Dungeness crab meat, citrus hollandaise for $17. That too was exceptional! Also, our dishes came with fresh juice in a shot glass with a small scope of melon on the side, delicious!
All in all it was an unforgettable experience in service and food. We were in Whistler again on May 18, 2014. But this time our 4 year old with us. We order the same dishes from years back and after four years it tastes the same and service was again exceptional. I give Elements two thumbs way up!
If you’re looking for a great breakfast restaurant in Whistler you have to try Elements!
